NZX has successfully completed its Institutional Entitlement Offer, raising approximately NZ$16m to fund its proposed investment into Global Dairy Trade, replenish its balance sheet and provide capacity to support potential investment across its platform.
Eligible retail shareholders are now invited to participate in the Retail Entitlement Offer, with a Retail Bookbuild scheduled for Tuesday 15 March 2022.
