Oceania Healthcare chief executive Brent Pattison will be stepping down from his role later this year.
Pattison, who has been with the company for several years, will stay on for a few more months before his departure.
Oceania's board expressed gratitude to Pattison for his leadership and for successfully implementing a five-year growth strategy.
The company, which has a team of 2,700, will now begin an extensive search for Pattison's successor.
