PaySauce Limited (NZX:PYS) has appointed Mark Samlal, Founder and CEO of PayGroup Limited, as an independent Director to their Board of Directors.

Mark brings over 20 years of experience in the payroll and HR space throughout the Asia-Pacific region and has provided valuable counsel to PaySauce over the years.

CEO Asantha Wijeyeratne commented that the team is excited to have Mark join their Board of Directors at a pivotal time as they begin their journey into Australia.
