Plexure Group Board Change, Name and Primary Listing Change

Plexure Group Limited commences an orderly Board renewal, appointing Bill Crichton as Chair, and announces its intention to change its name to TASK Group Holdings and transition its primary listing to the Australian Securities Exchange, while maintaining a foreign exempt listing on NZX, subject to regulatory approvals.

Manda Trautwein and Mitchell Bowen have been nominated as Independent Non-Executive Directors and will stand for election to the Board.
