The Private Land and Property Fund (PLP) has announced a net reduction of $5.8 million, or 2.7%, in its net asset value.
The decrease in value was attributed to an update in the valuation of several properties within the portfolio.
As a result, the most recent net asset value per unit has decreased from $1.323 to $1.288.
The adjustments will be reflected in the unit price issued on August 29, 2025.
PLP is a managed investment fund that invests in land and property-based investments by holding units in Booster's Private Land and Property Portfolio.
