Booster Investment Management Limited has announced a distribution of 0.51 cents per unit for the quarter ending 31 March 2022 from the Private Land and Property Fund.
All registered security holders as of 17 March 2022 are eligible for the fully imputed pre-tax payment of 0.68%.
The Distribution Reinvestment Plan is available, with all elections to participate to be received by 5:00pm on the Record Date.
The Fund is currently generating annual cash based pre-tax earnings of 3.07% from its lease income and grape supply contracts.
