Booster Investment Management Limited has announced a distribution of 0.89 cents per unit of their Private Land and Property Fund, equivalent to a pre-tax payment of 1.07%.
The distribution is based on the cash earnings of the Fund over the period 1 October 2022 to 31 December 2022 and is available to those registered as security holders of the Fund on 14 December 2022.
There is also a Distribution Reinvestment Plan available for this distribution.
