PLP - Property valuation review lead to uplift in value

Booster Investment Management Limited's Private Land and Property Portfolio (PLP), has seen an 18.8% increase in the value of viticulture-related properties within the fund, leading to a 2.93% uplift in the net asset value of PLP.

This follows an independent valuation review of the properties, with the fund expecting a further review of the Kiwifruit property in Kerikeri in the next week.
