Investore Property Limited has announced an expected -12% decrease in its portfolio revaluation movement for the six months ended 31 March 2023, resulting in a total portfolio value of $1.1 billion.

This decrease is primarily attributable to softening capitalisation rates, increased seismic allowances and a +3% increase in market rentals.

The forecast loan to value ratio as at 31 March 2023 is approximately 37%, which is subject to the FY23 audited consolidated financial statements.
