Precinct Properties appoints new directors

Precinct Properties has announced the appointment of Alison Barrass as an independent director, effective from Oct 1 2024.

Barrass's appointment is part of the company's ongoing board succession planning.

Additionally, Taurua Grant has been appointed as Precinct's next future director for a one-year period, starting on Nov 13 2024.

Barrass brings a wealth of experience, having held executive roles in sales, marketing, and operations in New Zealand and abroad.

The future director programme, administered by the Institute of Directors, aims to identify and develop the next generation of directors in NZ.
