Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited has announced an offer of up to $150 million of subordinated convertible notes, with the ability to accept oversubscriptions of up to an additional $50 million.
The offer includes a shareholder priority offer of up to $25 million.
The company has revised the conversion price cap for each series of notes and has registered a replacement Product Disclosure Statement for the offer.
The offer opens on September 4, 2023, and closes on September 8, 2023.
The notes are expected to be quoted on the NZX Debt Market.
