Enprise Group has reported unaudited revenue of $18.7 million for the year ended 30 June 2022, up 16% from $16.1 million in 2021.
Total comprehensive income for the year was a loss of $2.1 million (down from a profit of $0.8 million).
Revenue from subsidiary Kilimanjaro Consulting was $17.6 million, with recurring revenue up 17%, and contracted revenue up 25%.
Subsidiary iSell reported total revenue of $1.09 million (up 26%), and associate Datagate Innovation reported annual recurring revenue of $2.4 million (up 49%).
Vadacom Holdings Ltd reported a decrease in the carrying value of the investment due to an independent valuation.
The board of Enprise Group intends to seek a further waiver in relation to the BNZ banking covenant breach.
