Private Land and Property Fund, managed by Booster Investment Management Limited, has announced a distribution for the quarter ended September 30, 2023.
To be eligible for the distribution, individuals must be registered security holders of the Fund on the Record Date of September 21, 2023.
The distribution is 0.72 cents per unit and is fully imputed, equivalent to a pre-tax payment of 0.69%.
It is based on the cash earnings of the Fund from July 1, 2023, to September 30, 2023.
The Fund is currently generating annual cash-based pre-tax earnings of 3.08% from lease income and grape supply contracts, as well as benefiting from valuation gains on its land under development.
The Distribution Reinvestment Plan is available, and elections to participate must be received by 5:00 pm on the Record Date.
