PX1 McDonald’s Contract Update and Earnings Guidance

Plexure Group Limited has announced a restructuring of its commercial terms with its largest customer, McDonald’s Corporation.

The new 5-year contract term, with further renewal on agreement by the parties, reinforces the relationship between the two companies.

Plexure's transformation is now complete, with its cost base reduced, operational improvements delivered and the Plexure Division now profitable.

The wider Group (being the merged Plexure and TASK entities) is now immediately profitable and cashflow positive.

Plexure Group provides earnings guidance, expecting total revenue of circa NZD$56 million and EBITDA adjusted for non-cash employee share charges of NZD$3.7 million profit for the year to 31 March 2023.
