Radius Residential Care has reported a 50% increase in underlying EBITDA for the first half of the FY24 year, reaching $10.5 million.

The company's AFFO also increased by 16% compared to the previous period.

Occupancy levels remained strong at 93.0%, above industry averages.

Radius Care has successfully completed its business improvement program, resulting in $1.3 million in annual savings.

All facilities are now fully staffed, with the establishment of RConnect, an internal staffing bureau.

The company's revenue increased by 21% to $84.5 million, and net profit after tax was $1.4 million.

Radius Care expects the positive momentum to continue for the remainder of the year and plans to resume dividend payments after completing its debt management program.
