Rakon (NZX: RAK) has announced that Bruce Irvine will retire as Chair of the company on 1 April 2022 and will be succeeded by fellow director Lorraine Witten.
Bruce Irvine has been a director of Rakon since 2005 and Chair since 2018.
Lorraine Witten has been a director since 2017 and has over 25 years of governance experience.
The Board succession planning process has been completed with the appointment of two new directors over the last six months.
The new Chair will be supported by the Board in managing risk and driving strategic growth.
