Rakon has announced the appointment of Mark Dunwoodie as its interim chief financial officer, effective immediately.
The company's recruitment process for a permanent CFO is still ongoing.
Additionally, Rakon has created a new executive position of chief transformation and operations officer NZ, and has appointed Nick Pudney to the role, starting on October 7 2024.
Dunwoodie brings 25 years of experience in CFO and executive leadership roles, while Pudney has over 25 years of experience in leading large-scale technology and change programmes.
According to Rakon chief executive, Sinan Altug, these appointments are critical to the company's strategic vision.
