Resignation and appointment of Directors

Southern Charter Financial Group (NZX: SNC) today announced the resignation of Joseph van Wijk as an independent director, and the appointment of Bruce William Dunlop as an independent director.

Mr Dunlop brings over 40 years of experience in the plastics industry, including management of international trade issues and working with government.

This Board change is intended to better align the skillset of the Board with potential reverse listing transactions under investigation.
