On 5 July 2023, Blis Technologies Ltd (NZX:BLT) announced that Chief Executive Officer Brian Watson has given notice of his resignation from the company.
Chairman, Geoff Plunket thanked Brian for his contribution and commitment to the company since joining in February 2016, which included delivering Blis' maiden profit in FY19, leading the development of online sales channels, and strengthening the new product development pipeline.
Brian will continue in his role for up to six months providing leadership and support for the transition to a new CEO, with the recruitment process for a replacement commencing immediately.
