Greenfern Industries Limited (NZX:GFI) has announced that Mr Brent King has resigned as Chair and Director of the Board.
The Board will discuss appointing a new Chair at the next Board Meeting.
The Board thanked Mr King for his service and wished him well with his future endeavours.
