Downer EDI Limited today announced that Michael Ferguson has decided to resign from his role as Group Chief Financial Officer.
Chief Executive Officer Peter Tompkins thanked Michael for his nine years of contributions to the company and confirmed a comprehensive search for a replacement will commence immediately.
