KMD Brands Limited has announced that Group Chief Financial Officer Chris Kinraid will be resigning from his position in December 2023 to take up a position as Chief Executive Officer with another NZX-listed company.
Chris Kinraid thanked the team for their support over the past nine years and Group CEO and Managing Director Michael Daly wished him the best in his new role.
The process for appointing a replacement will commence immediately.
