Resignation of Wendy Thorpe from Tower Board

Today, Tower Limited (NZX/ASX: TWR) announced the resignation of Wendy Thorpe as a non-executive director of the Tower Board.

Ms Thorpe, who resides in Melbourne, has been a director since March 2018 and is leaving due to a reduction in international travel obligations.

A recruitment process has been launched for her replacement, with Tower CEO, Blair Turnbull standing in as an executive director in the interim.

Michael Stiassny, Chair of Tower Limited, thanked Ms Thorpe for her contribution to the company over the past five years.
