Retirement and appointment of Non-Executive Directors

Downer EDI has announced the retirement of non-executive director, Teresa Handicott, who will step down at the November 2025 annual general meeting.

Handicott has served on the board for nine years.

The company also revealed the appointments of Kerry Gleeson and Annette Carey as independent non-executive directors, effective September 1, 2025, and November 1, 2025, respectively.
