Ryman Healthcare has announced the appointment of two new board members, Dean Hamilton and James Miller, who will join the board on 1 June 2023.
Dean Hamilton will take over as Board Chair on 31 July 2023, following the AGM.
Both bring extensive experience in governance, large company leadership and financial markets.
Interim Chair Claire Higgins expressed her gratitude to the outgoing directors for their dedication and commitment over many years.
The board will also look to appoint two further directors in the course of the coming year.
