The need for aged care beds and retirement units in New Zealand is estimated to rise to 15,000 and 24,500 by 2030 and 2033 respectively, with Ryman committed to playing its part in meeting this demand.

In Australia, Ryman is the one of the fastest growing operators and is rolling out an app for residents to keep in touch, make bookings and stay connected.

Sixteen villages are currently under construction in New Zealand and Victoria, with another nine in its development pipeline.
