Savor Limited has announced the retirement of Independent Director Ryan Davis and the appointment of Bhupen Master as a new Independent Director.
Davis will retire from the Board of Directors after the Annual Shareholders' Meeting in September 2023.
Master has extensive experience in global markets and has worked with top financial institutions.
He will assume the role of Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
The Board has determined that Master will be an Independent Director.
Savor is one of New Zealand's largest hospitality businesses with 20 venues in Auckland.
