Asset Plus has announced the settlement of the sale of 35 Graham Street.
The company said that from the sale proceeds, $32.97 million has been repaid to BNZ, resulting in the repayment of all company debt.
The proposed special dividend, which was announced on November 15, is expected to be formally declared and announced on December 2.
