SkyCity has reported a net profit after tax of $22.5 million for the six months to Dec 31 2023, a decrease of 1.3% compared to the same period the previous year.
The company's underlying net profit after tax also saw a decline of 8.5%, amounting to $66.5m.
However, SkyCity's underlying revenue, including GST, increased slightly by 0.6% to $490.2m.
The interim results announcement did not apply the dividend reinvestment plan, but declared an interim dividend of 5.25 cents per share, fully imputed.
