Smartpay has announced a scheme implementation agreement with Shift4 Payments, under which Shift4 will acquire all of Smartpay's shares for $1.20 per share in cash.
The acquisition will be conducted through a scheme of arrangement.
Shift4 is a payment processing business based in the United States.
