South Port NZ Ltd - Results of 2022 Annual Meeting

At South Port New Zealand Limited's shareholder meeting on 1 November 2022, shareholders voted to re-elect Mr Philip Cory-Wright and Mrs Clare Kearney as Directors of the Company, and elected Mr John Schol as a new Director.

The Board was authorised to fix the fees and expenses of Deloitte Limited and a 20% increase in the maximum aggregate sum available for payment to non-Executive Directors for each financial year was approved.

The Board determined that Mr John Schol is an independent Director.
