Stephen Reid named Allied Farmers' new CFO

Allied Farmers has announced the appointment of Stephen Reid as its new chief financial officer, effective from Nov 17, 2025.

Reid, a chartered accountant with over 20 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry, will be taking on the role in anticipation of the conditional sale of Allied Farmers' subsidiary, New Zealand Farmers Livestock, to Rural Livestock.

Reid is currently the chief financial officer of The Icon Group, a commercial real estate investment business.

He has also worked in accounting, analytical, and investor relations roles in the listed property sector.

Allied Farmers' current chief financial officer, Brian Lee, will remain with NZ Farmers Livestock.
