Metro Performance Glass has announced the appointment of Stephen Robertson as a non-executive director of the board.
Robertson, who has over 40 years of experience in the industrial products sector, is deemed a non-independent director for the purposes of NZX listing rules.
He has previously served as the managing director of Amari Metals Australia and its related companies in New Zealand, and held a senior management position at Crane Group.
Robertson is also a director of the Australian Stainless Steel Development Association.
His appointment brings the total number of directors on the Metro Performance Glass board to five.
