Stride Property Group has confirmed its target of an 8 cents per stapled security annual cash dividend for the financial year ending March 31 2024.
This target is in line with the company's previous guidance and is subject to market conditions.
Stride also announced that the dividend reinvestment plan, with a 2% discount, will be applicable for the third quarter dividends of Stride Property and Stride Investment Management in FY24.
The deadline for participation in the plan is 5pm on Feb 27 2024.
Stride Property Limited's cash dividend for the third quarter of FY24 will be 1.7375 cents per share, while Stride Investment Management's cash dividend for the same period will be 0.2625 cents per share.
Both dividends will be paid on March 13 2024 to shareholders on the register as of Feb 26 2024.
