Stride Property Group has announced that its annual shareholder meetings will be held on July 3 2024.
The closing date for nominations for appointment as a director of Stride Investment Management has been set for May 13 2024.
Stride Property Group's security holders are eligible to make nominations, which must be accompanied by the written consent of the person nominated.
It is important to note that Stride Investment Management and Stride Property have boards of directors comprising the same individuals, so any director appointed to SIML will also serve as a director of SPL.
Further details of the shareholder meetings will be provided in the notice of meetings to be sent to shareholders.
Stride Property Group's stapled securities are quoted on the NZX Main Board under the ticker code SPG.
