Stride Property has announced its target of an annual cash dividend of 8 cents per stapled security for the financial year ending on March 31, 2026.
The company also said it would suspend the dividend reinvestment plan for the first quarter dividends of the 2026 financial year.
Stride Property said it would pay a cash dividend of 1.5625 cents per share for the first quarter of the 2026 financial year, while Stride Investment Management would pay a cash dividend of 0.4375 cents per share.
Both dividends are set to be paid on Sept 17, 2025.
