Allied Farmers Limited has successfully obtained a Private Ruling from Inland Revenue that will increase the tax losses available to the Allied Farmers Group, reported as of 30 June 2022 at $36,288,403.
The Group will provide an update on the quantum of the additional losses once final assessments have been received and confirmed.
The ability to use the losses is dependent on continuing to meet shareholder continuity requirements of the income tax legislation.
