Summerset Group has reported 260 sales for the third quarter of 2023, consisting of 133 new sales and 127 resales.
The company has achieved a total of 743 settlements so far this year.
Despite a challenging market, sales were up 19% compared to the same quarter in 2022.
Summerset has recently welcomed the first residents to its Boulcott and Waikanae locations, and its Pohutukawa Place village centre building has opened, with strong sales of apartments and care rooms.
Pre-sales have begun for new homes at Summerset Blenheim and Summerset St Johns, and construction is progressing well at Summerset Palms in Napier and Cranbourne North in Australia.
