Summerset Group has reported 361 sales of occupation rights for the quarter ending December 31, 2024.
This includes 169 new sales and 192 resales.
The company achieved its highest-ever full-year result, with 1,238 total settlements, a 12% increase from the previous financial year.
Total settlements in the fourth quarter were on par with the same period in 2023, but Summerset recorded its highest resale quarter.
Summerset said it has a strong pipeline of committed sales contracts for 2025 in New Zealand and Australia.
The full-year results will be released on Feb 28.
