Susan Peterson to join Mercury Board

Experienced business leader Susan Peterson has been appointed to the Mercury Board, effective 1 September 2022.

Peterson, currently Chair of Vista Group and Independent Director at Xero, Arvida and Craigs Investment Partners, will add significant commercial and governance experience to the Board.

Lorraine Witten was appointed to the Board earlier this month.

Peterson is an Independent Director according to NZX Listing Rules and will retire at the next Annual Shareholders’ Meeting in September 2022.
