Synlait has appointed Stephanie Manning as its new director of people and culture.

She brings with her a wealth of experience in senior leadership roles across various industries, including manufacturing, health, financial services, and legal.
Manning, who is an employment lawyer by training, has expertise in delivering people and workforce strategies, service redesigns, and operating model transformations.
