MOVE Logistics is continuing its board refresh process, with three directors announcing their departure.
Directors Grant Devonport and Mark Newman will step down at the annual shareholders' meeting in October 2024, while Greg Kern has already left the board.
The company said it will now seek to recruit new directors, aiming for a board of five members.
MOVE Logistics Group chair Julia Raue expressed gratitude to the retiring directors for their contributions.
The annual meeting of shareholders is scheduled to be held on Oct 24, 2024, at MUFG offices in Auckland.
