Tourism Holdings Limited ("THL") – Trading Halt

NZX has placed a trading halt on Tourism Holdings Limited ("THL") ordinary shares at premarket open today, Friday, 23 September 2022.

This halt has been put in place as THL is expecting to receive the New Zealand Commerce Commission’s decision on its clearance application in respect of the proposed merger with Apollo Tourism & Leisure Limited.

The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of an announcement regarding the New Zealand Commerce Commission’s decision by THL, or market open on Tuesday, 27 September 2022.
