TradeWindow announces extension of Share Offer

TradeWindow Holdings Ltd has announced an extension of its Share Offer until 24 February 2023.

This is due to the disruption caused by Cyclone Gabrielle in the North Island, which may have disadvantaged investors seeking to participate in the Share Offer.

Settlement and allotment of the new shares is expected to occur on 2 March 2023.
