TradeWindow has reported a 22% increase in trading revenue for the first half of the financial year, reaching $3.7 million.

The company's annual recurring revenue (ARR) also grew by 14% to $7.2m, while its customer base expanded by 36, bringing the total to 549.

TradeWindow's customer retention rate improved to 97%.

The company said the growth in ARR was driven by its focus on acquiring larger enterprise customers.

The average revenue per customer for shippers increased by 14% to $1,944 per month, while the freight forwarder segment's average revenue per customer grew by 29% to $824.

TradeWindow's partnership with the International Forwarders and Customs Brokers Association of Australia contributed to the increase in customer numbers.

The company's gross margin remained steady at 61%.

TradeWindow said it is on track to achieve monthly ebitda breakeven by March 2025.
