TradeWindow, a global trade software company, has reported strong revenue growth for the six months to Sept 30, 2025.

Trading revenue increased by 25% to $4.6 million, driven by strong recurring revenue growth and higher monthly average revenue from customers.

The company's annualised recurring revenue (ARR) also rose by 21% to $8.8m.

However, TradeWindow has adjusted its target for annual ebitda breakeven, now aiming for FY27 instead of FY26.

The company said this was due to its decision to accelerate the development of its Freight AI operating system.

TradeWindow is on track to achieve a foreign exempt listing on the ASX by Dec 19, 2025.
