F&C Investment Trust PLC has purchased 50,000 of its own ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange through J.P. Morgan Securities plc on 24 February 2022, at a weighted average price of 805.14668p per share.
The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury, resulting in the total number of voting rights in the Company now being 526,177,415.
