Ventia Services Group has announced the resignation of non-executive director Kevin Crowe.

Crowe, who was appointed to the board in December 2014 as Apollo's nominee director, will step down on the day Ventia lodges its financial results to the ASX and NZX for the year ended 31 December 2023.

As a result of Crowe's resignation, Steve Martinez, Apollo's alternate director, will also resign on the same day.

Ventia chairman David Moffatt expressed gratitude to Crowe and Martinez for their contributions to the company, including improvements in governance, entrepreneurship, and mergers and acquisitions.

Moffatt also noted that the board regularly reviews its composition in terms of skills, experience, and diversity.

Ventia is a leading essential infrastructure services provider in Australia and New Zealand, with a workforce of over 35,000 people operating in more than 400 sites.
