Ventia secures $2.1 billion NBN Co contract

Ventia has secured a $2.1 billion contract with NBN Co for maintenance and customer activation services.

The contract, which was awarded to Ventia's subsidiary, Visionstream Australia, is for a period of five years, with the option for NBN Co to extend it for an additional 2+1 years.

Under the Field Module contract, Ventia will be responsible for delivering services across the nbn network in Queensland, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, and Tasmania.

This includes network assurance, service assurance, customer connections, service activation, and other related programs.

Ventia has been a strategic partner of NBN Co since 2010.

The new contract is set to commence in September 2025.
