Vista Group Announces Continued ARR Growth

Vista Group International Limited (VGL) reported strong full year results for the period ending 31 December 2022, showing total revenue up 38% on 2021 and ARR up 22%.

EBITDA increased 63%, with positive operating cashflow of $12.4m.

Cineplex, one of the top 5 North American circuits, signed with Vista Cloud and Movio Cinema EQ was launched.

The global cinema industry continued to build momentum, with Avatar: The Way of Water now the third highest grossing movie of all time worldwide.

Vista Group expects 2023 total revenue to be in the range of $142m - $147m, and reiterated its aspirations of 15%+ EBITDA margin, ARR of between $175m - $205m and positive free cash flow by 2025.
